Sehat kaise banaye
dosto aaj mai apko batane ja raha hoon ki apni body ko kaise maintain rakhen.
sehat ka matalab ye nahi hai ki aap kisi film star ki tarah dikhane lagoge;
Mere dada ji nushkha hai dada ji lambe samay se iska upyog kar rahe hai
Ek muthhi bhige hue chane subha khali pet khana hai aur strarting me aap kam hi chane le jaise jaise apki aadat ban jae chano ki matra bada sakte hai iske sath hi apko halki kasrat bhi karni hai jis se apki body shape me aa jaye.
